Tuition Policies
-
Registration fees and
first month’s tuition are due at the time of registration.
Additional monthly fees are due the 1st class
of the preceding month. (October tuition is due the
first class in September.) Quarterly fees are due the 1st
of August, November, and February. Payments are made in 9
monthly, 3 quarterly, or 1 yearly installment, August –
April, and are based on 32 weeks of dance classes per year.
This includes all holidays and breaks taken by the Studio.
You may pay at the studio in the waiting room mail basket or
mail your payment to the studio’s address. Envelopes are
provided for your convenience.
-
Tuition must be paid in order to keep your spot in a
class. If you miss your class for any reason, makeup classes
are available. It is your responsibility to inquire about
makeup classes. Fees
are paid by the month, not the lesson.
Refunds are not given for missed classes.
-
Bank fees charged to the studio on returned checks must
be added in to the returned check balance and paid promptly.
-
A $40.00 costume deposit for each costume ordered
is due on November 1 with the entire balance due January 15.
These fees must be paid before the costume is
delivered.
-
Additional (voluntary) fees for the year include: PDS
clothing, recital pictures, videos, and tickets.
-
Family Discounts: $5.00 off the monthly class fee
for each additional family member. Discount can be applied
to Quarterly and Yearly Rates.
