Welcome!

Welcome to a new year of dance! We are excited to have you as a part of our dance family. Newsletters will be posted on the website, at the studio, and emailed to you at the beginning of each month. Please read them. If you do not receive one, let us know. A few copies will be left in the pamphlet holder beside the bulletin board.

Getting Started

We are so excited to get the season started. All classes have begun so please bear with us as we try to find the right one for your child. Many attendance changes take place in the months of September and October. If you have any questions or concerns, talk to Mrs. Melissa or your instructor. If you have any suggestions/ideas for a way to make the studio space better, let us know.

Parking

Parking for the studio is along both sides of 6th Street including the grassy areas and off street on 7th Avenue. When parking along 6th Street, please park facing the buildings to maximize the number of spaces available. DO NOT block Logan’s garages or double park beside the railroad!

Other Classes

On Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm Zumba classes will be held in the Blue Room. It is a fun way to exercise. Come and try it out! Also, we will be holding a 6 wk session of Ballroom Dance Mondays from 7:30-9pm October 26-November 30. Check out the bulletin Board for more information.

Studio Safety

  1. Students will not be allowed to leave the studio alone. You may wait for them in the waiting room or come inside to pick them up after class.

  2. Please do not wear street shoes on the studio floors.  Parents can take their shoes off or stand in the doorway during children performances.

  3. The doors to the dressing room and office are to be kept closed during classes. This is for everyone’s safety.

Studio Clothing, Tights, and Shoes

The following items are available for purchase from the office. T-shirts are $10, and Polos are $15. Tights run $8-$14. We do have some used ballet, tap, jazz, and baton shoes for $5 unless otherwise noted.  New shoes are also available and run $18-$24. Please see an instructor to purchase.
