Miss Sari
Sari grew up in New Jersey where she began dancing at the age of 3. At 7 years old she began competing for a dance studio where she won many “Seriously Sassy Sari” awards. Sari joined her high school dance team as a freshman competing at Universal Dance Association's National Championship, and was voted in as captain her senior year. Sari went to Bloomsburg University where she joined the student-run Bloomsburg Dance Ensemble and Competition team as a freshman. As a junior, Sari became a captain of the team as well as a teacher of multiple ensemble classes. Sari worked for Dance On Q Performing Arts Center for 10 years choreographing ages 3-18, including solos, duos and group numbers for the competition team. She loves teaching the littles and her favorite style is jazz! Sari holds her Master of Social Work degree from Monmouth University and is currently working as a LCSW psychotherapist and is the co-coordinator of a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy program. Sari moved to Gilbertsville in 2021 with her husband and 2 children: Mila who currently dances at Premiere, Levi, and Chip (dog)! She is extremely grateful to the Premiere family for welcoming her to the teaching staff and is looking forward to choreographing once again!
